2 JV Soccer Teams could start their first ever season this fall of 2008. That is what I had been told last year, but so far I have not seen or heard of any further news about this matter. As far as I know, the Hutchinson High School's School Board has not set up any meetings to further advance this first time venture, and I do not know if our Activities Director plans to approach the school board about adding a Boys and Girls soccer program this fall.
Has anyone heard about this matter?

I truly hope that these 2 teams could start playing this fall.

I read in the Hutchinson Leader print edition that there will be new ball fields by this fall 2008. I love sports, so I am all in favor of this, especially since our current ones are run down and are lacking for parking space.

One comment I do want to make. I do favor the sport of soccer in this community and am glad that a new soccer field is being built... but only one soccer field? We need to look to the future in regards to having soccer continue in this community.
