Housing association presents rental class

A class for rental property owners will take place from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, April 10, at Hutchinson Police Training Center, 46 Washington St. S.E., Hutchinson.
The class will teach marketing plans, such as establishing goals, determining a target audience and how to efficiently use available marketing vehicles.
Drug awareness will be taught by the Hutchinson Drug Task Force and will provide information on identifying potential drug problems at a property.
The class is sponsored by Minnesota Multi Housing Association. The cost is $19 for members of the association and $29 for non-members. Dinner is included in the fee.
