Hitchcock appeared in 37 of the 66 films he directed, starting with 1926's "The Lodger." If you're feeling too lazy to sit down and watch all 37 movies, you can just check out the following YouTube video. It compiles a bunch of cameos and highlights Hitchcock in each of them, eliminating the challenge of finding him altogether.
