The other day, I got one from Michael "Mickey" Maloof, of the McFLY 2015 project.

Maloof informed me the McFLY 2015 project "is a grassroots movement to get Nike to make available to consumers the futuristic-looking sneakers seen in the 1989 movie Back to the Future Part 2."

You can sign their electronic petition by visiting www.mcfly2015.com.

In the movie, these shoes have self-fitting automatic shoelaces. I would totally go for that. I'd never again have to worry about tripping all over myself and having people point and laugh at me while I cry.
