Good hulkin' gone bad?If you've seen this summer's "Iron Man" and "The Incredible Hulk," you might be aware that Marvel Studios is planning a future film revolving around an all-star team of superheroes — "The Avengers."
The forthcoming Avengers flick is expected to feature Iron Man, Ant-Man, Thor, and Captain America joining forces to fight evil. "Iron Man" writers Mark Fergus and Hawk Ostby recently suggested to MTV News that "everything is building towards making The Hulk the villain in the eagerly anticipated 2011 movie."
The challenge there is that The Hulk is ostensibly a good guy at heart. He just has some serious anger management issues. Fergus thinks that paradox would make him the perfect Avengers antagonist.
"Friends or colleagues who become enemies is always an interesting thing," he told MTV News, "because you know it’s based on love and friendship and that’s always the worst thing to have turn bad — is someone you actually care about and someone you actually believe in."
