Who does this get reported to??
May 9, 2008 - 5:24pm — MOVEON
I know of a person who can't pay the bills and does not know how to budget money. He will get any credit card he can, max it to the limit and won't pay. He will be a car, make a couple payments, then it gets repocessed. The question I have is, who needs to get contacted when this guy is using his kids social and other information to get cell phones, utilities and so fourth because his credit is poor. These kids will grow up with horrible credit by the time they are 16 or so. They won't be able to get their own cell phone or a loan for a car if their parents are recking their credit now. Who needs to be notified of this? I just want to help these kids out before it is to late.

Maybe social services, child...
Back to page topMaybe social services, child protection?
We knew someone who did this...
Back to page topWe knew someone who did this when we lived in another state. The city attorney filed criminal charges against this person when the company they gave the child's information to found out and prosecuted them, plus they had a huge judgment against them in the courts from one of the companies the tried to defraud. Maybe try calling the city attorney for guidance.
