Wally Pikal is one of several performers playing at the seventh annual Arlington Polka Festival, Friday, May 16 through Sunday, May 18, at the Arlington Community Center on State Highway 5 in Arlington. </p> <p> The festival begins at 5 p.m. Friday with a social hour and concertina jamboree.
