A girl and boy will be chosen as successors to the 2007 reigning royalty, Junior Queen Eliza Smith, daughter of Dan and Sarah Smith, and Junior Commodore Dylan Reid, son of Andy and Janelle Reid.</p> <p>The Junior Royalty competition is open to girls and boys who will be between the ages of 7 and 9 the week of the Water Carnival, and must reside in the Hutchinson School District.
