Rubischko, 36, of Eagan and a 1989 graduate of Hutchinson High School, pleaded guilty June 27 in federal court in St. Paul to counts of wire fraud and aggravated identity theft.</p> <p>Sentencing by U.S. District Court Judge Donovan Frank will be at a future date.
