Thank you, Medical Center, for finally offering extended Urgent Care hours. I wish this had been offered when our children were young. So many expensive trips to the ER could have been avoided if this had been offered at that time. This will help avoid disagreements with insurance companies when they refuse to pay for an ER visit that they insist could have been avoided (they say to just wait to go the doctor's office in the a.m.). Again, the face of medical care is changing in this area. Now, we hopefully we can look forward to a universal health care plan that will cover everybody from birth to death.

This stupid Brownton/Stewart rivalry is old and ridiculous! If ya can't get over it, MOVE to Hutch!

Obviously a lot of students have already taken advantage of open enrollment in Hutch as well as the other surrounding districts. They got over it and got out of it by putting their kids in a more stable school environment. I doubt those people would come back to the district now, though most of them, I am sure, still live here and pay taxes.

I don't agree with the closing of the building in Stewart...but something had to be done. I hope you guys realize that if they had chose to close the Brownton building and keep the Stewart building open we would still have this huge fight between the towns, only it would be the Brownton people complaining instead of the Stewart people.

This district is loosing kids over this stupid argument!!! GET OVER IT! Whats done is done! If we want to keep a school here in either of these towns, both towns need to come together and work something out. What WE need to do is to build a new building. It is long overdue! Brownton AND Stewart need to work together in order to do that!

Thanks to the person above who gave the reference to contact Ms. May. I also did some reasearch and found a web site for her and her services. It states the services I qoute:
