Hutchinson Board of Education
This year’s observance during the week of Nov.15-21 marks the 88th anniversary of American Education Week. Independent School District 423 will join districts across the nation in celebrating public education and recognizing the work of local educators.
ISD 423 employs more than 400 teachers, paraprofessionals and educational support staff who serve the needs of nearly 3,000 students in Hutchinson. This year’s American Education Week theme, Great Public Schools: A Basic Right and Our Responsibility, focuses on the importance of providing high-quality public education and the responsibility that we all share in educating the next generation of youth.
On behalf of the Hutchinson Board of Education, our students and community, thank you to all of the education professionals who make a difference every day!
