The Minnesota Sheriffs’ Association is offering a scholarship for students enrolled in the law enforcement field.
The association will award up to 15 $600 scholarships to students enrolled in:
• a mandated peace officers skills course,
• at least the second year of a two-year law enforcement program, or
• at least the third year of a four-year college criminal justice course.
The deadline for applications is Nov. 1 and scholarships will be awarded by Dec. 31. Applications and more information are available either from the McLeod County Sheriff’s Office in Glencoe or online at www.mnsheriffs.org.
