McLeod For Tomorrow is bringing elected and appointed officials together next week to discuss the upcoming 2010 legislative session.
The group's forum starts at 7 p.m., Oct. 29, at the County Boardroom, McLeod County Courthouse, 830 11th St. S.E., Glencoe. Officials from the county, city and township governments, as well as local school districts have been invited.
A panel of guests will include State Rep. Kurt Zellers, R-Maple Grove, who is the new minority leader of the House. Joining Zellers will be State Sen. Steve Dille, R-Dassel, and State Rep. Ron Shimanski, R-Silver Lake. Congressman Collin Peterson, D-Detroit Lakes, has also been invited.
