Remembering Memorial Day

Several hundred Hutchinson area residents and veterans gathered under cloudy, windy skies Monday morning for the annual Memorial Day program at Veterans Memorial Park of McLeod County in Hutchinson presented by the local American Legion and VFW posts and their auxiliary units. The annual Hutchinson Memorial Day Parade down Hassan Street and First Avenue Northeast was led by the color guard of the local veterans organizations.
