County Board: How they voted

Here are some of the resolutions members of the McLeod County Board of Commissioners unanimously voted to approve at their Nov. 17 meeting. For more County Board coverage, see the Leader’s Nov. 19 print edition.

Road projects: Approve final payment to Duininck Inc. of Prinsburg for completion of four bituminous overlay projects, totaling $57,155.

Emerald ash borer: Approve a Minnesota Department of Agriculture grant application by Hutchinson city forester Mark Schnobrich and others to combat emerald ash borer countywide. The requested grant amount is $100,871 with a $26,875 local match.

Meeting schedule: Cancel the Dec. 1 County Board meeting. The Board already has regular meetings scheduled Dec. 10, Dec. 22 and Dec. 29.
