A Hutchinson man pleaded not guilty to nine counts of criminal vehicular homicide or operation in Meeker County District Court Nov. 21.
Robert Donald Scott, 78, was charged in September with six felony and three misdemeanor counts of criminal vehicular homicide stemming from a June accident that left a young woman dead.
Scott had a blood alcohol concentration twice the legal limit of 0.08 after allegedly causing a three-vehicle accident June 28 in Cedar Mills that killed 22-year-old Kelsey L. Eberle of Maple Grove, Minn. Two others were also injured in the accident. Scott’s next court appearance is Dec. 9.
