Slip and sliding at Rocket Hill

FRIDAY, JUNE 27: It’s Slip ’n’ Slide Day for all ages at Kiwanis Park in Hutchinson. The public is welcome to experience some slippery fun when two giant slides of plastic are rolled down Rocket Hill. Fire hoses supply the water. Hours: 12:30 to 2 p.m. for day-care providers only, 2 to 3:30 p.m. open to the public. The fee is $1 per person. No advance registration required.
