Should Minnesota end its ban on new nuclear power plants?

Republican State Sen. Steve Dille of Dassel thinks so. But he quickly adds that deciding to repeal the prohibition is not a decision to construct a new nuclear power plant in Minnesota. Lifting the ban would, however, allow electricity providers and the state’s Public Utilities Commission to consider all options. Dille and Republican Sen.
