On behalf of the American Cancer Society Minnesota Region, I would like to thank McLeod County residents for their commitment to Relay For Life and their outstanding fundraising year. You have exceeded your goal by more than $15,000, bringing us to over $130,000. Outstanding work!

Every dollar makes a difference. Every donation gets us one step closer to carrying out our mission to eliminate cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, savings lives and diminishing suffering from cancer, through research, education, and advocacy and services.

In Minnesota, cancer deaths are down, patient services are up and researchers continue to make breakthroughs that provide us with hope. But by the end of the day, 64 more Minnesotans will find out they have cancer and more than 25 will lose their fight. With your help, we are making a difference.

We are there for cancer patients and caregivers because of people like you. We can win this fight.
