Soggy autumn weather caused the 2009 Hutchinson High School Homecoming pep fest to move indoors Friday (Oct. 2). The fun included a Homecoming court pie-eating contest, a relay race between students and teachers and the coronation. Wes Corrigan and Katie Maher were crowned Homecoming King and Queen, and Jacob Brusehaver and Wilson Maiers were crowned Homecoming Prince and Princess. I shot some video of the homecoming royalty during Friday's halftime show (in a 55-0 wallop). I got it on our new sports site this afternoon.
