Litchfield man injured in one-vehicle rollover

A 50-year-old Litchfield man was treated for non-life-threatening injuries after a one-vehicle rollover at the intersection of 208th Street and county State Aid Highway 1 in Litchfield.

A 1994 Dodge Ram truck driven by Carl Gunnerson of rural Litchfield rolled and trapped Gunnerson inside, shortly before 4:19 p.m. on Sept. 10.

Litchfield Rescue and Litchfield Fire were able to remove Gunnerson and he was transported to Meeker Memorial Hospital.

The Meeker County Sheriff’s Office, Litchfield Rescue, Litchfield Fire, Gold Cross Ambulance and Gary’s Towing responded on the scene, and the accident is still under investigation by the Meeker County Sheriff’s Office.
