in 'Pan's Labyrinth'Kevin Costner, who played the titular serial killer in this summer’s “Mr. Brooks,” is slated to star in another scary flick.

According to The Hollywood Reporter [1], Costner will star in “The New Daughter” with Ivana Baquero.

Baquero is known to many as Ofelia, the little girl from 2006’s “Pan's Labyrinth.”

Costner will play a single dad who moves to a farm with his two kids. Baquero will play a daughter who starts acting funny. Maybe that ancient burial mound on his property isn’t as benevolent as it seems.

With “The New Daughter,” director Luis Berdejo will make his feature film debut. Shooting is expected to start early next year.
