About seven operating model railroads will be on display when Luce Line Railroad Club Inc. hosts its annual Spring Rail Fest 2008 at Hutchinson Mall, 1060 State Highway 15 S.

About 20 tables of model railroad equipment, as well as railroad books, video and collectibles, will be for sale.
