If you're an "Indiana Jones" fan, mark midnight Wednesday, May 21, on your calendar. Century 9, 766 Century Ave., Hutchinson, is planning a midnight screening of this much-anticipated summer film. Regular showings will begin Thursday, May 22.

About the cast ...

Harrison Ford: Dr. Henry "Indiana" Jones Jr.; Shia LaBeouf: a motorcycle-riding greaser and Indiana's sidekick, Henry "Mutt" Williams; Cate Blanchett: villainous Soviet agent Irina Spalko; Karen Allen: Returns in the role of Marion Ravenwood, who appeared in Raiders of the Lost Ark; Ray Winstone: plays George "Mac" McHale, a friend and competitor of Jones; John Hurt: plays Harold Oxley, a colleague of Jones who disappeared in 1937 while searching for the skulls; and Jim Broadbent: plays Dean Charles Stanforth, an academic colleague and friend of Jones at Yale University. Broadbent's character stands in for Marcus Brody, whose potrayer, Denholm Elliott, died in 1992.

About the movie ...

The Cold War comes to Marshall College. Due to Professor Jones' recent activities -- escaping from Soviet agents on a remote airfield -- the government wants him fired. On his way out of town, he hooks up with "Mutt" Williams who offers him an interesting proposition: to search for the Crystal Skull of Akator. As they head to Peru, they discover they aren't alone in their quest.
